Happy 2025: What’s new for you?

After a hectic festive season, my start to 2025 is with a daily journal to help me generate a positive outlook, the start of a healthier diet and committing to a daily meditation practice - what's new for you?

I'm not a fan of New Year's Resolutions as I don't usually keep to them. However, I am a fan of setting myself goals and identifying some things I would like to achieve withinn the next 1, 3, 6 and 12 months.
Setting small, measurable and achievable goals is my first step. Such as:
no alcohol for the next 7 days,
not eating anything after 8pm,
writing in my journal how my body feels and how I feel emotionally every morning when I wake,
making time to meditate for 20 minutes before I start work,
checkin in with myself throughout the day to check my stress or anxiety levels.
I'm also determined to allocate more 'me' time to focus on a fun activity that I enjoy every day (e.g. listening to a podcast or reading) even if it's only for 10 minutes.
All simple, achievable, measurable goals.
